Austin Real Estate Agents Not Performing!

As in any profession there are good and bad apples in the real estate broker world.

If you are taking the time to read this then you may be one of the unfortunate souls who listed your house with a "bad apple" real estate agent and is waiting for your house to sell.

The problem with many Austin real estate agents is that they never really go all out trying to sell your house or any house. After all, if you had a computer sitting in your office loaded with thousands of nice, beautiful houses of all shapes, sizes, and price ranges... what kind of real "selling" would you actually do?

Would you really do whatever it takes to sell one particular customer's house? Or would you pick out a selection of several houses for your prospective buyers, hoping to land them a house... any house... of the many homes you had selected from the MLS.

Come on... you'd go with the numbers. After all, if you are an agent, you don't have any personal liability to sell any house. If your house sits an extra week or two, the "lazy" agent is not really losing anything, .. so just wait and watin on a buyer to come along. Lets not mention the next listing that comes along and may pull in more commission than your house. You see where this is going.

You can take more control of your destiny. Become more proactive with the sell of your house. Just don't hand it over to an agent..

The vast majority of training for new agents isn't in the art of selling, but in the art of getting listings! Unfortunately for sellers, giving an agent the listing is worthless unless the agent finds a buyer.
